Darn Kernal32 crash. I always lose my new Treepad data even
when it has been saved.
It was nuts, I played Team Arena last night. It was kinda laggy(more
likely my hardware.)
I couldn't figuire out a couple of the modes, but I did like
the single flag CTF mode. The other
problem was it wasn't WFA. I have to admit Weapons Factory Arena
has spoiled me. I got
in 3+ hours of it after messing around with Q3 TA. I did some
great Cyborg and Engineer
work also the Gunner.
I am amazed at all the new toys coming out for christmas. I
just dunno, too much temptation.

Florida State University law professor Steven Gey says the secretary
of state has the power to
cut off the recounts on Tuesday, but is by no means required
to do so. He says a statute in
Florida election law gives Harris the discretion to hold off
beyond the Tuesday deadline if she
chooses. The statute seems to give discretion to the secretary
of state, he explains. On the
other hand, the counties are obligated under Florida law to
give accurate results. So those two
principles seem to be in conflict, and the courts will have
to resolve it.

No more county recounts can be requested. Under Florida law,
candidates have 72 hours after
the election to ask county canvassing boards for a manual recount,
and that deadline passed
on Friday.
If the canvassing board approves a hand recount, it must include
at least three precincts chosen
by the candidate and represent at least 1 percent of the ballots
cast in that county.
Volusia County, one of four Democratic-leaning counties in the

votes, according to The Associated Press.

announced 19,120 ballots in the presidential race were tossed
out before they were counted
because more than one candidate was picked.
Democratic Party officials
and hundreds of voters complained about the way ballots in
Palm Beach County were arranged.
3,407 votes for Buchanan were by far the most of
any Florida county, and
almost 20 percent of his total vote in the state.

for a TV version of Dune
6 hours mini series and
it looks pretty cool.

Very poor ping time with
lots of lag. I was able to play a sniper on one level. I got about a dozen
plus kills. I figuired out
how to lead them more for my ping time. My teams didn't do so hot
when it came to defending
or capturing. I did learn alot, mostly when ping time is poor I should
go play on my webpage.
