There are player corporations/alliances (like guilds)in the game Eve Online.
So there are these guys from a website that got togther to play in EVE Online.
They call themselves Goons.

GoonSwarm/GoonFleet - We are bastards because we can be.

The Goons have taken over/invaded a big chunk of unsecured space
in the game, which is fine and part of the game mechanics. Recently
though, they have come into the safer zones of the game and been causing
some real chaos and using terrorist terms/tactics and propaganda with these new actions...

(I guess this could be a form of Attention Whoring, which they are getting)

I recently purchased a Sony HDTV and I'm still learning alot about HDTV/QAM. So my TV has this option to auto-program the digital/HD channels. I don't have HD/Digital Service, I have "Classic Cable". So the TV says it's going to take 50 minutes to scan all the digital channels. I told my TV scan for those channels last night, not thinking I could actually get anything. My TV found over 60 channels in HD/Digital in some form or another. Anyway the really funny/crazy part is this morning, I turned on the TV and found this channel on...

Tax Return time. I plan on doing the HDTV 1080P thing. Sony has a 40" HDTV that
does 1080P for around $1100. The Blu-Ray DVDs have all but won the format war, so
I'll be getting a Playstation 3 to watch HD Movies on it. My local Cable TV Provider
is Time Warner, but I'm not sure what all my HDTV options are just yet. The only thing
is Sony may announcing a new Playstation 3 model in the next few days.
