Margie Schoedinger’s lawsuit was filed on December 2nd, 2002. The plaintiff acts as her
own legal representative. The suit is currently in the Fort Bend County system in County
Civil Court at Law 3. The plaintiff tries to make the defendant pay her 49 million dollars
for “reasons of emotional distress, loss of freedom and ability to pursue her own dreams,
alienation of affection from her spouse, loss of privacy, being disparaged on the Internet,
and loss of her ability to be a Christian writer.”

BOGUS suit filed pro se by a nutcase that lives outside Houston -- must be all those petrochemical fumes. In the suits that she filed against the Sugarland Police department and all the officers involved, she doesn't mention rape, President Bush, miscarriage, etc. She's certifiable. Do you own search of her "filings"......

I think it is insane that this is not being talked about more, Clinton gets a BJ and it's world news, GW Bush may have raped and stalked and harrassed a woman and it's barely a blip on the radar. This definitely means we are headed for a complete and utter police state with goose stepping right wing fascists in charge. Family values my ass, based on all the lies I know this presidential thief has told I think it could very well be true. I'm not saying this woman is absolutely right, that's for the courts and evidence to decide, the question is has democracy been so subverted by the power hungry parasites that control our coutry, that we may indeed find this woman lying dead like Marilyn Monroe someday? Blood gushing sluggishly from her dead pale wrists, her eyes focused upwards in helpless despair uttering the words "America why have you betrayed me?" The man is so pro-life and allowed a woman to beat until she had a miscarriage. Based on his war-mongering hatred and death penalty enthusiam he certainly is capable, the question is did he do it? This man could end up getting every last human being on the planet killed and we are just sitting around letting him fuck up our world. Let's ask the hard questions it's the people's job to bring their leaders into question when they know they are assholes. It's called democracy. Give it a try.

I blogged this myself last week. Google still only pulls up the two articles, though Indymedia has it now. That's cool you found the PDFs of the court filing.

Bartcop reports this is a political trick on behalf of Rove . . . only 4 results come back now form daypop for the phrase "bush rape"--your site and Bartcop's included, though this is not accurate as New World Disorder and Incublogula have also mentioned it.
Rove trick, crazy woman, whatever--why is it not even talked about?
