Ten of them, including five children who appeared to be under 5 years old, were killed on the spot.

US broadcasters may not be talking about this, but the rest of the world is.

British military critical of US troops' heavy-handed style with civilians

They also made plain they are appalled by reports over the weekend that US
marines killed Iraqi civilians, including women and children, as they seized bridges
outside Nassiriya in southern Iraq.

Unlike their American counterparts, British commanders have said
they will not change their tactics following the suicide bombing
attack last week on a group of US marines in Nassiriya.

The more battles we win, the less I feel like we are winning the real war.
I am feeling alot less safer as an American than before this war started.
The only thing is I am afraid I will feel even less safer by time it's over.
It's ok, I wasn't planning on leaving the U.S. in the next 20-30 years.
