The photo is awful but unfortunately that is the truth of what is happening to this guys over there. I think it's getting nuts! I'm not sure how Saddam's death/capture will affect it. It could honestly go either way.

I thought this was a very powerful photo.
I do hope they kill Saddam and it stops this kind of violence.
Part of me doesn't think that it will stop all the violence over there.
We here in the U.S. have been so shelter from images like this.
I found this on a European news feed, I doubt it will be seen by many Americans.
