Amusingly, Verizon blocks incoming port 80 from non-verizon IP's for their home DSL accounts. This is to 'protect' their customers from big, bad, nasty worms.

Looks like they forgot to block the ones commonly used in most of the truly virulent worms out there, like DCOM.
