Red Cross May Cut Back After Iraqi Blasts

Official: U.S. knew of Iraq hotel plot
One official said the military had specific intelligence of an imminent
attack on the hotel, the Al Rasheed, where senior personnel of the American
occupation live and eat, but that no special precautions had been taken.

Eight to 10 missiles hit the hotel, from about 450 yards away.
The casualties could have been higher: 11 missiles failed to fire.
