Spent all saturday at a LAN party, we got 12+ hours into Renegade, Ghost Recon etc...
Sunday we took a ride in the new van up to Bangor. I picked up A Intec Component
PS2 Video cable for my playstation 2. Wow what an improvement over the standard
cable. You have to change a setting in the PS2 menu you have to switch it to
Y,Cb/Pb, Cp/PP Component. My wife is a huge Puzzle Bobble/Busta Move fan, so
we got her Super Busta-a-Move for $19.99
Buzzed my head with the clippers tonight, I got tired of the 1 - 1 1/2" long hair thing.
To top it off I spent a couple hours hack and killing things in Dungeon Siege with
my brother and his brother in-law. I am kinda new to the game but I am surprised
how much fun I am having with it.

taste veggie meat substitute called Quorn. They have been selling it for a dozen plus years,
and they are now marketing it in the U.S. So these people are complaining because the

it sounds tasty and I am gonna try to get me some. Most people aren't bright enough to

So I have had my new handheld for a few weeks. I have tried a few times to play divx movies
on it. I kept getting this ERROR LOADING AUDIO DECODER error message. So it turns out there
is this one file mp#reader.dll that needs to be changed to mp3reader.dll
Of course I had looked and looked for help with this for a very long time. I ended up just
stumbling across this discussion.
I am encoding at a low frame rate, 15 fps 320x240 with the image rotated 90 degrees.
With a 32 meg CF card I can't get a heck of alot of divx on it. I also found that Divx5
doesn't work with the open pocket divx player. Version 4.12 seems to work just fine.
The Open format is based on divx 4.0ish code I think.

At the moment, the U.S. imports about 25% of its oil from the Gulf. By 2020, that figure is expected to hit 41%. Passing Kerry's Senate amendment would have saved 2 million barrels of oil a day by 2020, according to an analysis by the Natural Resources Defense Council. Story here

Lately I have been playing Grand Theft Auto 3. What a sick and twisted game. I am surprised I
got to the secon island, I had been just goofing off in it really. I wanted to give the civilians a
chance so I am enabling the code to give them weapons. R2, R1, Triangle, X, L2, L1, Up, Down.
Its funny to see them riot and attack each other, but I think it would seriously get in the way
of finishing the game. From playing with that code by itself, I've found it doesn't save in a save

We got in alot of paintball today. I am am wicked tired, but we had alot of fun.

Thats my new 12" 32 Degrees Carbon Fiber Barrel. I shot 600+ rounds through it today and
only had one break. I am very happy with it, I know some of the other guys had barrel paint issues.

I was playing around with my handheld this evening. There are alot of Hacks and homemade
software for the BE-300. Seems to be alot of cheap bastards like me.
Anyway I tried ActiveSync on it, very cool. I can very my handheld as a drive now on my PC.
I can dump files on the handheld and on the compactflash cards. I am supposed to be able
to browse the internet from my BE300 with this software hack.

I stayed up a little late last night. I haven't gone to bed at a reasonable time for 4-5 days now.
I was playing Grand Theft Auto, my buddy Pete was kind enough to lend it to me. I have to say
that game is very sick and twisted, thats why I love it so much. Listening to the the Manic
Street Preachers this morning on my handheld. My local cable got fixed so I can record lower
channel stuff like the Simpsons last night on Fox. That was one of the funniest shows I've seen.

I have been quite the social creature lately, and thats because I am typically an anti-social fuck.
Friday night I went out the Black Bull and saw my friend Bill play drums from Blind Albert.
Then Last night my wife and I went a local dive that had a DJ and a dance floor. We met some
friends there and I got to watch the final UMaine Hockey game. My wife loves to got to clubs
and dance, she usualy goes with some of her friends, this was the first time I went with her.
Later in the night My wife and another women we know dragged me out on the to dance floor
for one song. My wife had more than a few drinks in her, I had a few but not even enough to
have a buzz. Of course when they played trance/techno songs everyone got off the floor.
Those are the ones I would have danced to. It was funny, I was strange felt very uncomfortable
there but I still had a good time. When I was at the Black Bull I felt very relaxed and comfortable.

I saw a Drew Carey rerun the other day with his funky hair color. I knew it was time to do it. again.

On PI the other night, Bill mentioned the U.S. better be prepared for Suicide Bombers.
We here in the U.S. have no idea what it is like to live a world like that.

This is my extreme idea on sucide bombers:
Say a bomber kills 3 people, exspell 3 members of his or her family members to a lebanon.
No family, exspell members of the security forces that should be cracking down on these people.
I know I have such a bizzare outlook on things. I guess the best way to describe it is a
'Don't fuck with me attitude' Live and let live, but if you screw me then prepare
to get shit kicked out of you for it. I don't think that either side is bad, I do think
blowing up civilians is just wrong. Blow up someones military but not these soft
civilian targets.
