I didn't have my daily nap today so I am going to bed a little early. My boy and I have been
having lots of fun playing Ratchet and Clank. It's a cute little game but I am not sure why it
is rated Teen. I like the demo disc version so I asked for it for christmas. The other one I've
been having alot of fun with is War of the Monsters. The demo has one player and two modes.
With two player mode it's cool the screen starts of split but when you get close enough it
stops being split screen. I couldn't get into Shinobi and I haven't tried much on the SOCOM
demo.

As much fun as 2002 was I am thinking 2003 is going to be a fucking wild ride. Republicans will
control the Congress and the White house. They will replace at least one Justice this summer.
They just have to remember in 2004 if things aren't any better it all rests on their heads.
Maybe some Enron people may goto jail. Hopefully those 5 young men the FBI are looking
for are just illegal aliens and don't plan to crash, blowup or spray any New Years celebrations.
All this Iraq stuff and Korea stuff will keep things fun. I am sure if the North Koreans haven't
gotten our attention enough yet they will try something new and whacky.
Nobody seems to be bringing up the fact we never really did get a chance to beat the
North Koreans(and Chinese/Russians). Hopefully we won't signal something dumb like we
did to Sadam in 1990 and have them playing across the 38th Parallel.

Went to see Two Towers Saturday afternoon. The place was packed, but then again the ticket
price was three dollars. Ended up having to sit in the front row, very trippy. We had a great time
and will probably see it again. I have seen several movies this year. So years I only see two or three,
I guess 2002 was a good movie year. I've been relaxing and enjoying some time off here.I was thinking if anyone who is a regular here and wants me to post their site, let me know.
The only way I can figuire out were people are coming from is my refer logs. I usually use

Yeah so it's obvious we are going to war. First or second week of February is a real
good guess. We will hit them at the darkest time of the month since when have such
a huge night time advantage. Wether that is when the air war starts or the troops land,
probably will be at the same time.Here is the night attack timelines.
January 18, 2003: Full Moon

This is a work of fiction I like to call 'The Nightmare after Christmas'.
Think of this as a fictional story if everything or even a few things go to shit.
The day the war starts, waves of Al-Queda terrorism hits within hours.
Probable attacks on US and ally Embassies and Military Bases around the area.
Major attacks on US bases in Afghanistan by Al-Queda and Taliban forces
following an early assassination attempt on the life of the president of Afghanistan.
Bin Laden has just been waiting for this war. He releases a tape showing he is
alive and well, asking his followers to do his bidding overthrow the opressors etc..
Sadam and/or the Terrorists will start take out oil tankers and wells in the region.
Iraq will of course try to attack Isreal and bring them into the conflict. Isreal will
probably be attacked from Lebanon and the Palestinians Riot. Street to Street
fighting in Baghdad will leaves dozens and dozens of Americans soldiers dead.
Right before Sadam escapes and evade capture he orders his generals to use all
WMD on US forces in the area. Turkey will invade northern Iraq to control the
kurds and the Saudi family is overthrown by the the religious extremists.
The Government in Pakistan is overthrown and US Special forces teams try to
secure their Nuclear Weapons. Rebels in Kashmir attack targets in India.
Throw in there some were Isreal Retaliates to a WMD attack with a small
tactical nuke in Baghdad. Or we use a small tactical nuke for retaliation for
WMD attack on US forces in the area. Blah Blah Blah WWIII.
Of course none of that will happen and it will all go as Bush and his team
planned and we will all live happily ever after. Just like Afghanistan.

2000 box and it just dies on startup. That evil NTFS is really evil when it doesn't work.
I have reformated, any idea on how long it take to reformat a 100 gig drive? I am sure
that I have lost a couple gigs of stuff. My own fault, it not like I don't have a nice new
CD burner. I got a some christmas packages in the mail today, just in time. I just did
a backup of my Digital Camera Photos.

I hear I missed a really good good SNL this weekend.
We had alot of fun playing games all Friday night and all Saturday into Sunday morning.
I'd hate to do the math on the number of hours we actually play. The surprise hit of
the night was the Battlefield 1942. We had the Multi-player demo and played and played it.
Some of us even found time to catch a couple hours of sleep. It was a little larger crew
than usual we had 9 people and only two dead power supplies.

I sat down and played the Simpsons Skateboarding game I got for the kids and me.
It's not as bad as I originally thought. The thing is you sorta have to unlearn other skating
games to get into it. There is alot of single player stuff to do, but the multi-player doesn't
offer alot of different types of game play. I haven't seen any reviews on it but I'd give it a
6-7 out of 10. Rent it before you decide to buy it.I have recently started doing the Ebay thing. I have always resisted it for various reasons.
The thing is you can find some crazy or very unique things on there you'll never find anywhere else.
I was sniped on my first bid of course, my second auction was a wicked deal.

Lott Decried For Part Of Salute to ThurmondThurmond, then governor of South Carolina, was the presidential nominee of the breakaway
Dixiecrat Party in 1948. He carried Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana and his home state.
He declared during his campaign against Democrat Harry S. Truman, who supported civil
rights legislation, and Republican Thomas Dewey:
"All the laws of Washington and all the bayonets of the Army cannot
force the Negro into our homes, our schools, our churches."
Lott said, "I want to say this about my state: When Strom Thurmond ran for president,
we voted for him. We're proud of it. And if the rest of the country had followed our
lead, we wouldn't have had all these problems over all these years, either."
On July 17, 1948, delegates from 13 southern states gathered in Birmingham
to nominate Thurmond and adopt a platform that said in part,
"We stand for the segregation of the races and the racial integrity of each race."
Dixiecrat Party
Another name for the States' Rights Democratic party. Southern Democrats broke
away during the presidential campaign of 1948 to oppose their party's civil rights
plank. They nominated J. Strom Thurmond for president and Fielding L. Wright for
vice president. The party received thirty-nine electoral votes from southern states.
So Republican Lott was praising a dead breakaway Democrat Racist Party Presidental
Canidate? He should have done some research I guess.

PowerVCR II is a great program it has a minor annoyance that the file limit is 600 megs then it
starts a new file. Fat32 has a 4 gig limit, but I am running NTFS so I have not practical limit.
So anyway I found info on a change you can make to the registry.
I am using MPEG-1 5000kbps highest quality setting. Makes an exact copy and its roughly
600 megs for about 14-15 minutes.
