Yes the Military does hang the flad upside down for distress but The woman who climbed the fence was not in distress and is not an American service man or woman. Should they not like G.W. Bush tear up a picture of him not our flag.

Our own troops have hung the flag upside down dude. It's a sign of distress. As far as ripping the flag, I believe that it is more against the Thief of America, Bush the Younger, not against America itself. For a better prespective on how Bush the Younger has fouled this country, look at the new Razor magazine.
