Almost everyone, but my mom has been asking me about the Janet Breast Nipple thing.
I saw a bit on Yahoo last night about it and didn't think much of it.
It really is very interesting, at first I thought it was a pastie to cover up her nipple.
Then I thought it was a Nipples Hugger
Turns out it was a Nipple Shield
Since it is a nipple shield and not a pasties I'm not sure if it was on purpose or not.

Usually circular object with a hollow center for the nipple.
Often times it's held in place by a piercing on the nipple.
