DoD News: DoD Identifies Army Casualty
Sgt. 1st Class Michael D. Jones, 43, of Unity, Maine,
died March 3 in Syracuse, N.Y., of a non-combat related illness.
He had just returned from duty in Iraq. Jones was assigned to the
Army National Guard's 133rd Engineer Battalion, Belfast, Maine.

Boy suspended from first grade because mother wouldn't spank him
The mother of a six-year-old boy who attended Schamburg Christian School
says authorities there have suspended him from first grade.

Fallaw-Gabrielson said that when she arrived to pick Chandler up, an assistant
administrator ordered her to spank him before leaving the school building.
When she refused to spank the boy, the official told him her son was suspended.
