Big game is seven days away, and I am wired already. I have been reading up on the MRPL rules and
some tactics I found online. I feel kinda weird being the team captain, I don't think all the power will
goto my head. I made up a banner with the team name on it, of course if we suck it will probably not
get used much again. Its on a tan piece of canvas with black letters on a red background.
I used spray paint and a template I made with a print out and the photocopier.
My wife is going to go around the edges of the letters with a brush. She also mentioned flames on it.
It looks pretty cool so far. Chaz and I picked up our 32 degrees jerseys, mine is a XL because I am
a big boy. I really like the was it fits and how it looks. Some of the jerseys I saw online were horrible.
I tricked out my 100 round tubes today. I put some string through the lids and tied it to the side of
the tube. Now I don't have to worry about about loosing my lid when I am in a hurry. I also increased
the vents on the mouth area in my mask. I think it will help out alot with fogging etc...
We have a noon time game on sunday (this morning) and we will be playing on a new speedball
type course in a field. It should be alot of fun and I will be sure to get some photos of the team and
the course.
